‘स्वच्छ महासागर घोषणा पत्र’ क्या है? | Mountain Ratna

नवंबर, 2021 को समुद्री गतिविधियों और लक्ष्यों की अपनी संक्षिप्त सूची के साथ-साथ UN द्वारा स्वच्छ महासागर घोषणा पत्र प्रस्तुत किया गया, जिसका मुख्य उद्देश्य समुद्र के सतत् विकास से संबंधित है। जैसे :

1. समुद्री मलबे (नदी, नालों द्वारा आयी गंदगी) को 50 से 90% तक कम करना तथा
2. समुद्री सुरक्षा से संबंधित हाईटेक प्रणाली लगाना, इसका मतलब यह है कि उपग्रह के द्वारा समुद्र की देखभाल करना।

समुद्र विज्ञान से संबंधित सभी विशेषज्ञ समूह का कहना है कि इस प्रक्रिया को सुचारू रूप से चलाने के लिए 2025 तक वित्तीय सहायता से संबंधित सभी सुविधाओं को उपलब्ध करने के बाद, 2030 तक यह लक्ष्य प्राप्त कर लिया जाएगा। समुद्री विशेषज्ञ टीम ने इसके उद्देश्य को संदर्भित करते हुए 2030 तक स्वच्छ महासागर घोषणा पत्र जारी कर निम्नलिखित उद्देश्य प्रस्तुत किए, जिसके अंतर्गत निम्नलिखित कार्य किए जाएंगे।

1. आए दिन समुद्र में बढ़ रहे प्रदूषण (प्लास्टिक प्रदूषण) को कम करना
2. समुद्र में जिन कारणों से सबसे ज्यादा प्रदूषण बढ़ रहा है, उसे 90% तक कम करना और पूर्ण रूप से हटाना ……. (Read more आर्कटिक महासागर)

Recently, the Clean Ocean Declaration was presented by the UN on November, 2021 along with its short list of Marine activities and goals, the main objective of which is related to the sustainable development of the ocean. As –

1. 50 to 90% reduction in marine debris (dirt from rivers, drains) &
2. Installation of Hi-tech systems related to maritime security means taking care of the sea through satellite.

All expert groups related to Ocean Science say that this target will be achieved by 2030, after making available all the facilities related to financial support till 2025 to run this process smoothly. Referring to its objective, the marine expert team issued a clean ocean manifesto by 2030 and presented the following objectives, under which the following works will be done.

1. Reducing the increasing pollution (plastic pollution) in the sea
2. Reducing up to 90% and completely removing the reasons which are increasing the maximum pollution in the sea
3. Reducing the sources or emission areas of pollutants to prevent pollution from reoccurring,
